The Work That Continues
The work is steady, and it’s local. Every part of it is stronger with more hands:
- Honoring the fallen — tending graves, placing flags, and keeping names readable.
- Welcoming service members home — rides, greeting cards, and a warm welcome at the airport.
- Wreaths & remembrance — seasonal wreath-laying and memorial gatherings.
- Neighbors helping neighbors — donation drives when disaster strikes.
- Keeping remembrance public — the Freedom Minute and community events.
