This policy applies to commemorative apparel and merchandise purchased through the Celememorate online shop. Celememorate is operated from Aurora, Colorado.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Celememorate gear. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any tags or packaging intact.
Because apparel is printed and sized to order, we’re especially glad to help with size exchanges and any printing defects or errors on our part.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) involved, and we’ll walk you through the next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several days for the credit to appear.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
